Beth Bishop, Master Trainer
Beth was born and raised in the frigid state of Minnesota. She moved out East to Boston where she received her B.A. at Tufts University in 2006. At Tufts, Beth was a member of the varsity swim team and marathon team. Right after graduating from Tufts, Beth spent a year in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar, and then returned to Boston where she worked as a business analyst and project manager at ACCION International, a microfinance company. After a few years as an office junkie, she left her job to pursue her real passion: fitness. She joined Boston Sports Club and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Master Trainer, BSC’s highest level of personal trainer. She is moving out to Los Angeles at the end of August to start her own outdoor bootcamps and continue developing herself as a trainer.
Beth applies her expertise in project management methodology to personal training in order to help her clients set goals, stay on track, and ultimately achieve success. Every client receives their own customized training program.
Beth uses different exercises and techniques depending on your specific needs, ability level, and preferences. She loves to mix traditional weightlifting with non-traditional functional exercises with kettlebells, ropes, Swiss balls, sandbags, TRX suspension trainers, and more!
